Galvanic Heaters

Heating immersion elements for heating of technological baths
We produce the galvanic type heaters with different kinds of casings/covers:
The quartz heaters are resistant chemically to all the baths, except for hydrofluoride acid and fluoride acid and baths for chromium plating. The quartz shell can be subject to damage only in mechanic way, not thermally, quartz glass is resistant to so-called. " thermal shock" (rapid temperature changes).
The teflon heaters are resistant to all the sorts of baths, as the only ones they can stand the fluoride bath for chromium plating, or in bath with hydrofluoride acid.
The steel heaters, made from the precious brands of steel, may be suitable for acidic and alkalic baths. Brand of steel depends on the kind of bath. AISI 304, 321, 316L, 316Ti
The insert heating element is delivered upon separate order in the following versions:
-
900W, 230V
-
1800W, 230V
-
2500W, 230V
-
3500W, 230V
Ordering:
POne should specify the heater type while ordering the galvanizing heaters.
Example:
alvanizing heater type GGC-2500W. During ordering of heating inserts for galvanizing heaters one should specify: type, power and power supply voltage.
Example:
heating insert element for galvanizing heater type GGS, 1800W, 220V.
